Remotely manageable alarm monitoring communicator with 2G connection.

Signaling of Contact ID event codes of alarms in SIA DC-09 format, over 3G/2G networks
Remote programming of security alarms and fire alarms, over the Internet (diagnostics, sensor bypass, etc.)
Enhanced security level signaling by 3G/PSTN parallel communication
Complete control of the alarm from a smartphone

Remote manageable alarm monitoring communicator with 2G connection

The SC-2G GPRS alarm monitoring communicator device is an up-to date telemonitoring communicator, operating in the 2G band of the mobile network, which translates the phone line signals (Contact ID) of the alarm contreol panels, to SIA DC-09 type digital format, and sends those to the telemonitoring receivers set-up. Transfer of the signals is done on the GPRS band of the network, in TCP or UDP packet format.

An outstanding feature is that it can connect to a service providing (IoT) server (, which makes the communicator continuously accessible, using a WEB browser. Therefore, the unit is remotely accessible at any time, making the connected alarm control panel remotely configurable and programmable.

Main features

  • Emulated phone line for alarm panel’s phone line connection
  • USB Connector for local programming/diagnostics
  • 1 contact inputs
  • 1 controllable open collector output
  • Settings for 2 independent IP monitoring receivers
  • Powered by 2G GPRS cellular engine
  • Small (0.2 kB) data package of UDP
  • Serial port connection, for transparent connection from remote PC (virtual serial port)

  • Alarm control panel signal transmission over 2G network
  • Automatic or predefined Contact ID signal transmission logic
  • Signal transmission triggered with contact inputs
  • Status events reporting (supply failure, setup changed, etc.)
  • Output control by SMS commands or through Smartphone application
  • Providing TCP/IP or UDP connection to SIA DC 09 receiver
  • Configuration and diagnostic via USB connection or through Internet connection ( Server)
  • Test report setting from 30 to 600 sec

Potential usage areas of SC-2G GPRS alarm monitoring communicator

  • Forwarding of Contact ID based alarm signals through 2G network
  • Alarm, fire alarms, „direct connection” based programmable devices remote programming, through Internet connection (diagnostics, bypass, maintenance or supervision…)
  • Monitoring of small home alarm through Smartphone
    • Arm/disarm commanding remotely
    • Receive important messages through “push notification,
    • Event list and presence supervision remotely
    • Filtering and displaying the event (alarms, arm/disarm, troubles)
    • Alarm system status displaying on Smartphone
    • Multiple operators, controlling and supervision of one device

You can download the application from play shop (iOS, Android). Look for a PULOWARE CLIENT, with a icon looking like show
